Ingredient Sourcing
We work directly with farming clusters across Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala and Gujarat — the regions that have grown India's most respected spices for centuries. Every shipment is graded for moisture, colour and aroma before it enters our facility.
Processing Standards
Whole spices are cleaned, de-stoned, and sieved in our dedicated Mumbai processing facility. Using specialized grinding and pulverizing machinery, we cool-mill spices to protect volatile essential oils, ensuring that what enters the packaging is only the pure spice.
Quality Assurance
Operating under FSSAI License No. 21522006000917, we enforce strict compliance checks. Every batch is evaluated for moisture, colour value, and aroma intensity, with samples regularly submitted to accredited labs for testing.
Packaging Excellence
We use multi-layer pouches and food-grade jars that protect against light, moisture and oxygen — the three forces that erode a spice's aroma. Seals are tested for integrity, not just appearance.
